Omokoh Orowo Jesse, the Nigerian guy who was arrested for allegedly scamming 67year old Australian grandmother, Jette Jacobs of $90,000, who was later found dead in her hotel in South Africa, was on June 4th arraigned before an Oyo State High Court, Ibadan, on a 9-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretense.
